Questions about my account

  • You can change your account information in your Avis Preferred profile. This includes information such as your address, credit card and email address. By following this link, you can change your account information in your Avis Preferred profile.

  • If you cannot log in to the Avis app, choose "forgot password”. A new password will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an email with a new password, please send an message to database.zone2@abg.com. In your email, please describe the problem, and our team will make sure you can log back in quickly. If you can't log in to www.avis.nl you can contact our call center. Then send an email to info@avis.nl or call +31 (0)88 900 55 55

  • Didn’t receive an email after requesting your forgotten login details? First, check your spam or junk mail folder. It may also take a few minutes for the message to arrive.

    If you entered the correct email address and still haven’t received anything after a few minutes, it’s possible that no account is linked to this email address or that there is a temporary technical delay.

  • Reservations made online can be canceled online. To change a reservation, please contact the relevant branch or the call center by calling us at +31 (0)88 - 900 55 55.

    For cancellations, the following rules apply:

    • You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.
    • If you cancel within 24 hours before departure, a maximum cancellation fee of €65 will be charged.
    • The full rental amount is charged for cancellations due to a “no show”.
    • If you have paid in advance and cancel no later than 24 hours before departure, the full amount paid in advance will be refunded to your account within 5 business days.
    • If a car is returned early, you will not receive a refund for unused rental days. The general rental terms and conditions apply.
