  • You can change your account information in your Avis Preferred profile. This includes information such as your address, credit card and email address. By following this link, you can change your account information in your Avis Preferred profile.

  • If you cannot log in to the Avis app, choose "forgot password”. A new password will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an email with a new password, please send an email to database.zone2@abg.com. In your email, please describe the problem, and our team will make sure you can log back in quickly. If you can't log in to www.avis.nl you can contact our call center.   • No, you don't have to. On avis.com you can easily make a reservation with or without an account.

  • Reservations made online can be canceled online. To change a reservation, please contact the relevant branch or the call center by calling +31 (0)88 - 900 55 55.

    The following cancellation policies apply:

    • You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
    • If you cancel within 24 hours of pick-up, a cancellation fee of up to €50 will apply.
    • No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
    • If you prepaid and cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the full prepaid amount will be refunded to your account within 5 business days.
    • If the vehicle is returned earlier than agreed, no refund will be given for unused rental days.
