Questions about Avis Preferred

  • When you sign up as an Avis Preferred member, you will be able to enjoy various benefits and have access to our dedicated Preferred Customer service team.

    ** Based on availability. Not applicable to vans, luxury cars, the Select Series and Prestige vehicle categories, or a rental period longer than 14 days. The number of rentals per year determines your level.

    • You start out with Avis Preferred, giving you numerous benefits.
    • After 5 rentals (and an amount of €1,000), you automatically graduate to Avis Preferred Plus.
    • After 10 rentals (and an amount of €2,000), you automatically graduate to Avis President’s Club.
    • A “loyalty year” is the 12-month period from the date you registered for Avis Preferred.
  • To participate in our free loyalty program, a credit card in your own name is necessary. Unfortunately, without a credit card in your own name, you cannot join Avis Preferred. Join Avis Preferred as early as the first time you rent from Avis.

  • If you cannot log in to the Avis app, choose "forgot password”. A new password will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an email with a new password, please send an message to database.zone2@abg.com. In your email, please describe the problem, and our team will make sure you can log back in quickly. If you can't log in to www.avis.nl you can contact our call center.   • You can change your account information in your Avis Preferred profile. This includes information such as your address, credit card and email address. By following this link, you can change your account information in your Avis Preferred profile.

  • You can do this easily at www.avis.nl or through the Avis app. At www.avis.nl, you can log in to your Avis Preferred account at the top right and then make a reservation.
