Fijn om een bus te kunnen huren bij Avis, fijn bedrijf, vriendelijke personeel.

Snelle service, fijne auto, maar ik wilde een ding weten over alarm uitzetten bij aangewezen snelheden en daar kon geen antwoord op worden gegeven. Als ik dan ergens 100 mag rijden, maar blijkbaar in auto nog 60 staat aangegeven blijft er een piep afgaan.

Dear Avis Customer Service, As an Avis Preferred member, I was disappointed with my recent rental. First, I was charged a deposit of over EUR 1,000, much higher than usual, with an option to reduce it for an extra fee – unacceptable for loyal customers. Second, the car was marked as having a full tank, but I noticed it was only 2/3 full. Luckily, I reported it before leaving and it was corrected. Third, I was told about a small scratch on the rear left and signed accordingly. I drove just 57 km and returned the car in perfect condition. Still, I was charged EUR 300 for rim damage I clearly did not cause. The fuel error already casts doubt on the accuracy of your check-out process. I request a full review of this case and a refund of the damage charge. Sincerely, Christian Müller
