I had trouble paying. I knew I could only pay by credit card, which your employee very annoyingly kept reminding me was written in the email, but what was not written in the email (despite what your annoying employee said) is that you do not take Discover. Also that you do not take “online banks” such as Bunq. That is not listed in the email, and is a bullshit rule because Bunq is just as protected as ABN but apparently since it doesn’t have a physical location, it is not accepted. You’re lucky I had my visa DEBIT card (note: not credit card — despite what your email said about only taking CREDIT cards). I won’t be using Avis again — I’ll go with another company that I can actually pay with.
