Dear Avis team, My booking PC 3692, concerned a car with a manual shift. It has been placed lots of days before the delivery on 15.04.2026. I took a car with automatic one instead. I do not like the automatic shift that's why I always book a car with manual one as a long-life driver (36 years). Being upgrade to another model with manual shift would be more appreciated than the fact: "We give you this because we do not have the one you booked". Giani is one of your excellent employees and tried to do his best but there was no other option the time I needed. Please take my disappointment at this time on account, for future bookings. In general, I am very satisfied with your company and your employees that's why I choose your office in Haarlem to cooperate with. Not only as a client but also as an ex-car rental agent. Thank you for giving me the chance to help you improve your services.
