I was charged an extra day even though I returned the car within the agreed rental period. I provided photos showing the return, the car details, and a bird’s-eye view of the parking location so they could verify everything using their camera footage. I contacted them immediately and provided all the relevant information from my side, but the issue has still not been resolved. The incorrect charge is still blocking money from my bank account, and I have not received a proper update. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and urgency is very disappointing. At the very least, I would expect them to acknowledge the issue, investigate it properly, and provide a clear timeline for resolving it. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Eerts geboekt en betaald bij R’dam Airport. Echter omdat onze coach geen creditcard heeft kon hij daar geen auto ophalen. Aangeboden om de borg vooraf over te maken maar ook dat was onmogelijk.Zeer onvriendelijk persoon aan de lijn die alleen maar in onmogelijkheden dacht. Uiteindelijk na heel veel discussie was er een oplossing: Hij moest de auto maar bij Rotterdam Centraal ophalen. Auto gereserveerd vanaf 8:30, staat ook op de bevestiging. Komt hij daar aan, gaan ze pas om 9:00 uur open. Al met al niet echt klantvriendelijk Auto was prima
