Excellent experience with Avis Rotterdam! I was very satisfied with the service. They provided exactly the model I had selected on the website, and it was practically brand new with less than 1,000 km on the odometer. When I returned the car earlier than planned, they proactively adjusted the rental and charged me for half a day less, which I really appreciated. The location is convenient, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and eager to help. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this branch.
