Vriendelijke medewerkers en goede service

I've had consistently poor experiences over my last 3 to 5 bookings. Each time, I waited more than an hour to get the car. After the rental, I always have to call multiple times just to receive the invoice and get my deposit refunded. The manager, Max, has been openly dishonest and shows no sense of customer service or commercial responsibility. The only positive aspect is the frontline staff — they genuinely try to do a good job and understand why customers are frustrated. I have no issues with the cars themselves, but the dynamic pricing is irritating and adds to the sense of unfairness. This is a repeat business — why not treat loyal customers with more respect and professionalism?
