    Service (van Robin) bijzonder goed en prettig. 'Hondje' was wel kapot, dus hebben we niet kunnen gebruiken, maar daar had ik zelf ook beter op moeten letten.

    Unclear communication with regards to the debit/credit card use for the deposit at Schipol. A debit card should've sufficed according to the email received however upon arrival I was informed that a credit card would be needed. Make comms clearer next time?
