Laat ik het zo zeggen, normaliter huur ik de auto elders. Daar zijn de auto’s schade vrij en nieuw. Bij jullie was dat niet het geval. Ook betaal ik bij de concurrent een stuk minder. Dus dat is voor mezelf vooral jammer.

Soepel boeken, vriendelijke medewerkers

Vriendelijke mensen en super snel geholpen toen ik last minute, vlak voor sluitingstijd, een auto nodig had. Echt super!!

De auto voor een week gehuurd maar door omstandigheden op dag 1 teruggebracht. Werd soepel afgehandeld voor minimale extra kosten. Dus één dag huur plus administratie kosten.

I rented an electric vehicle and upon picking the car up I was told by the person handling the sign off that I have to use the Avis provided tag to recharge. Upon asking for explanation I was eventually told by the person behind the desk that it is not mandatory to recharge using the tag and I can use my credit card to recharge. When delivering the car back, I told the person doing the sign in that I didn't use the tag to recharge and to be mindful not to charge me for the kilometers driven. Later I received the invoice with the added cost of the driven kilometers multiplied by €0.15. I had to call to signal the error and had to do a follow-up call to make sure that I was not charged. Worth noting that when booking the car, no information suggested that the tag can be used to recharge at a rate of €0.15 per kilometer so when I was informed of this, I was quite surprised.
