Heel aardig en klantvriendelijk geholpen

I rented a car for one day and on the return they said I did a little scratch on the back side of the car, which I am sure I did not. Either way, the kept on hold of the 300 Euro deposit and they told me the car would be repaired and they will pay me back the difference in case the repair was less than the 300 Euro. After a few weeks I received an email saying I did not pay their 300 Euro invoice and that I have 14 days to pay or they will put me on a black list etc. The lack of information and transparency is so huge that for sure I will NEVER rent a car with AVIS again. Also hope this message will help other on being aware of it.

De medewerkers denken mee en zijn zeer vriendelijk

De service is buitengewoon goed, de medewerkers zijn snel en attent. De auto is perfect schoon en de afhandeling na terugbrengen is meteen geregeld.

Heb een dingetje wat ik niet makkelijk vond. Ik belde omdat later de auto kwam terug brengen. Heb 3 x moeten bellen omdat ze de telefoon niet opnamen. Maar voor de rest prima
