Reservation was not found after confirmed. After an hour they honored the reservation and price but didn't make a note of the discounted price and after I asked for documentation they refused. They stated I would get a full reimbursement of the credit card hold and they did not honor that promise. It took me over 2 weeks and 3 engagements to finally get my refund in place. I rent cars on a biweekly basis and will not be using Avis again.
