Pick up at the location was quite slow. It took almost half an hour, while all the documents were already uploaded online during the booking. The selected car category was not available, so we had to take a bigger and less fuel efficient car. I've been charge 27 extra euros even if I brought back the car with a full tank. The deposit took 1 week to be realesed, and it has been only after me having to visit the agency to ask to realise it. I've sent an email but no reply.
