Ik heb geruime tijd moeten wachten bij de balie voordat ik werd geholpen. Er was één medewerker aanwezig, die gedurende deze tijd niet opkeek van zijn computer. Andere medewerkers liepen heen en weer tussen het kantoor en de garage, wat een onwelkome indruk maakte.

You guys are just terrible. I’ve rented with many companies in the last including you guys and wow you guys are at the bottom. I’ve been trying to get a damage report for over 3 weeks I’ve been calling numerous times replying to emails and not even getting a response back over email. Asked for a district manager nothing yall gave me such a sour taste that I will try my best to avoid you guys. Customer service at the zuid location just purely awful. Hope someone reaches out to me for this bad feedback

Makkelijk te regelen, duidelijke communicatie, en de optie om met PIN te betalen (en niet vast te zitten aan alleen credit card, zoals bij concurrenten).

The car allowed me to go back home in a complex weather situation, and the possibility to take in Eindhoven and return it in Leiden has been very appreciated. It could have been more satisfactory to find the car at the arrival 1) equipped with snow or 4-season tires 2) without few centimeters of snow on top of it so i could not pass 20 minutes in taking out the snow and de-icing. On a side note, the directions to the rental car parking location are very poor and it took around ten minutes of walking around to eventually find the parking. For the rest everything went good.
