We have a wide range of business customers from various industries. We also serve a significant number of tourists, mainly from Canada and the United States, who specifically come to Friesland to reconnect with their roots. At weekends, our vans are often used to help people move house. Despite the different customer groups, one need is always central: to be helped quickly, reliably and personally.

What do you think is the biggest change in mobility you have seen in recent years?

The biggest change is that mobility is becoming increasingly flexible. Customers are no longer focused solely on owning a car; above all, they want a solution that fits their situation. Car rental is playing an increasingly important role in this, as we can respond quickly to a wide range of mobility needs.

What personally gives you the most energy in your work?

What gives me the most energy is interacting with people and finding the right solution for their needs. Of course, I then also have to make it all happen with my team, which I lead and support throughout the process. When everything has worked out by the end of the day, I go home feeling satisfied.

If you could say one thing to entrepreneurs in the Leeuwarden region about mobility, what would it be?

Mobility is not just about transportation; it is about flexibility. Entrepreneurs who think ahead and choose solutions that can adapt and grow with their organisation are ready for the future.

What is the most unusual request you have ever received?

No request is too crazy for us. From wedding cars to replacement vehicles and urgent business requests. It is precisely this variety and the challenge of making it happen that makes our work so enjoyable.
