If you rent a car for business and have a Chamber of Commerce number, renting on account is an option at Avis. As a business client, you get access to an online business account. You will receive a debit number from us with which you can make all your reservations. In addition, the company account allows you to view management information and your invoices, among other things. Very useful for financial admin. Can't figure it out? No problem! As a customer with Avis, you get a personal point of contact for all your questions.

Clear and transparent business renting

As a customer, you always have insight into the number of rental days, mileage driven, tax value of the cars deployed and CO2 emissions. You can easily find this information on your Avis Business account.

Upon request, we can also provide the total overview of all reservations made and the license plates of cars currently rented out and deployed. Very convenient for project reporting and for financial administration.

Rent a car on account

Renting on account is available for companies that want to use rental cars on a regular basis. Sign up quickly using the customer form below to see if you qualify to rent on account.

After you register via the customer form, follow the following steps:

Fill out the application form on our website.
We perform a credit check to determine if your business qualifies for renting on account.
If your company has a positive credit check, we will send you a cooperation agreement.
After approval from both parties, your company can rent cars on account.

We try to process your request as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days before you can rent on account. One advantage of renting on account is that you get competitive business rates. You also get a company account though which you have insight into the number of rental days, kilometers driven and CO2 emissions. Car rental in the name of the company

If your company does not qualify to rent on account or you need a car quickly, it is possible to rent in the company's name. For this, you rent a car as an individual, but can have the invoice sent to a different business address. Car rental in the name of the company

The steps for the process are as follows:

Reserve the desired rental car, this can be done by phone or through our online reservation module.
When picking up the car, show a valid ID and driver's license.
Indicate that you want to rent in your company's name and enter your company name and billing information.
Pay the rental price immediately by debit or credit card.

One advantage of renting in your company's name is that you have a car available quickly. After all, you don't have to go through the approval process. Because we put the bill in your company's name, you can easily process this invoice in your accounting records.
