Pick-up & drop-off service conditions

  • The pick-up & drop-off service is only for customers who rent on account with Avis.
  • The pick-up & drop-off service can only be arranged through our call center or at one of our branches before departure.
  • The pick-up & drop-off service is available for any address within the Netherlands.
  • This service can be used Mondays through Fridays between 08:00 - 18:00.
  • There is a charge for the Pick-up and drop-off service.
